Don't get trapped by the 'suite' label. the so-called 'family suite' felt more like a basic motel room with minimal space and virtually no shelving in a cramped bathroom. Forget about easy access to outlets. they're awkwardly placed behind the headboard, and the hot water took ages to come through. If you're hoping for an easy stay, be prepared for a lack of proper room orientation and communication about amenities.

Loved the Junior Suite. Had air conditioning which was a lifesaver. The flat-screen TV was great for relaxing at night. The private bathroom had good amenities like body soap and shampoo. The rooftop area was perfect for unwinding. Plus, I really enjoyed the couples massage at the spa.

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite for 3 nights, and it was super comfy. The bed was large and inviting. The air conditioning was a lifesaver since there were no windows to the outside. The hotel had a cool, modern vibe and felt really new. I loved the rooftop area too—perfect for chilling out and taking pics. Just wish there were better outlets and quicker hot water. But I got a cute little Angel decoration when I checked out, nice touch!
